Hi Glauco,

  You need to set up prefix number is DEV system only, No need to do it in 
QAS & PRD system. because will do development in DEV system only,, just 
transport the development to QAS & PRD.

Glauco,
Although you had to configure the systems in that order, presumably any 
development (roles/rules, tasks) will be transported from the Dev system 
to the QA and then to Prod, no?  If that is true, then you only need the 
prefix numbers in Dev.

Here I had to configure on this order: first request to production with 
PRD system configured first, second request configured QA system and DEV 
last.

Workflow Settings - Prefix








Hi,
i have created all my WF's with Prefixing in DEV,
transported them to QAS without erros,
but when i go to SWU3 in QAS i find Maintain Prefix is RED (X)

In QAS > OOW4 i find the entry similar to that in DEV with
Prefix-900
SAP System-DEV

How could i solve this problem, how to maintain Prefix in my QAS.
Please help.
