SWU3 configuration : Background job for condition evaluation

Hi All,
I want to schedule the job for condition evaluation using SWU3, but, as seen
in the attachement, the execute button is deactiviated.


Any reason why this is happening.


The job is scheduled in one of our test systems, but again here too the
execute button is deactivated. How was this activated then?
