Workflow Settings - Prefix

Here I had to configure on this order: first request to production with PRD system configured first, second request configured QA system and DEV last.

you don't need to maintain prefix numbers in QA and PRD.  Only in DEV-system.

Hi,
i have created all my WF's with Prefixing in DEV,
transported them to QAS without erros,
but when i go to SWU3 in QAS i find Maintain Prefix is RED (X)

In QAS > OOW4 i find the entry similar to that in DEV with
Prefix-900
SAP System-DEV

How could i solve this problem, how to maintain Prefix in my QAS.
Please help.
