Batch job for deadline monitoring running for 7 hours for particular time from 10pm to 11pm

Hi everybody,

Workflow batch job  for monitoring Deadline running for morethan 7 hours 
between 10 pm to 11pm. What could be the issue?

Why it's running so long when it's started at 22.30.53? Any help 
appreciated..
