Posting Documents to SAP-WUG (was Workflow best practice document)

Since we may soon be moving to SDN altogether (more on that at some 
later date) let's post documentation and so forth in SDN.

Links to ASUG event documents can also be posted, but are only 
accessible to ASUG members.
