Grouping work items

Hi Albina

The 'Grouped according to sort key' requires that you have put an object
into the container element "_WI_GROUP_ID" at design time.

The benefit is that this does not have to be the object that the task is
using as the source of its method. So, for example, we have a workflow
that handles document information records (BO: DRAW). This object has
been added to most/all user activities in the binding above, so that
users can easily filter their inbox to see what they are supposed to do
for a given DIR.

If they filtered by task, they would see several identical steps for a
number of DIR objects

If they filtered by Content/content type, tasks that were on the
workflow for a particular DIR object, but where the method used by the
task was on a different BO, then these steps would not show up in a list
for a given DIR or DIRs in general.

Hope this helps
Andy
