Subject: Pre-loading Container Element Values

Greeting,

I'm working with a customized workflow that utilizes a custom role and
an organization structure for the agent determination. The org
structure consists of Positions assigned to an Organization and a
Responsibility, with Users (possible agents) associated to the Position.
The same role resolution uses slightly different resolution criteria
which are set by pre-loading the container elements depending on the
responsibility. When I initially established the responsibilities for
the role I copied and existing one and then modified the container
values based the need....but I need to go back into a responsibility and
change the associated position in the container and I can't find where
that is done, outside of deleting the responsibility and re-copying a
previously defined one and changing the associate position container
value at that time. I initially assigned the responsibilities to the
role via PFAC and the responsibility tab. Does anyone know how or where
to get to the container values assigned to a responsibility?

Thanks,

Hal Fairless
