Cristiana,
Not sure you understood my previous comment correctly?... you need to ***send*** the email notifications in plain text mode - i.e. change the delivery type in your subscription basic data from EMAIL_HTML to EMAIL_PLAIN. Then send out a new batch of email notifications.

There should not be any Java script in the plain text mode. Suggest you also check the notifications in transaction SOST.

Regards,
Jocelyn

Hi Jocelyn,

thanks for the idea, but it didn't help much.

Same error is occurring again and again. Pop up red screen with message: "Sorry, an uncorrectable error has occurred. Invalid pool free chain. Press ENTER to abort the application".

Only once we received this JavaScript Error message box and was able to open the message.

Error popup in LN:

it doesn't seem that Lotus Notes is very popular! Any other ideas?

Plan B will be to use report RSWUWFML2...

Cheers

Cristiana

Cristiana,
Try it in plain text mode rather than html.

Subject: Extended Notification & Lotus Notes

Hi all,

we are in ECC 6.0.

Have anyone being successful in using Extended Notifications with Lotus Notes?

I ran program SWN_TEST_VERI01 and I get the email in my Lotus Notes. When I executed it, I received a red pop up screen and had to re-start my laptop. I have tried this a few times and the result is always the same.

If I change my email address to my hotmail account, it does work fine...

So, I am really wondering if anyone is successfully using Extended Notifications with Lotus Notes.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Cheers,

Cristiana
