WF Status Error in : Condition step ?

You can also check on Workflow Customizing (transaction SWU3) for setting up
the background job for condition monitoring.

I feel , its a guess that there has to be a job
scheduled in the backend system.
I guess its name is something like RS*COND*. Go to
se38 and check a program name with this wild chars.
Than schedule it for every minute.
Even if conditions are put correctly , then also you
may need this program to be scheduled.
Just a suggestion, you may like to check the same.
