UWL substitution - 'Fill in for me' option

Hi, 
 
according to the documentation, when you choose the option 'Fill in for me' when making substitution, 
the substitute must 'take over' the substitution so that the substitution is active.
 
After our users click on 'Take over', they can see the work items 'on behalf of' the requesting user but 
when they click on the 'Launch webdynpro', the approval application gives an empty table. 
(we use the workflow and UWL for leave request process).

The 'Receive my tasks' option for substitution works well.

We also noticed that in table HRUS_D2, the 'active' field is checked for 'Receive my tasks' and never for 'Fill in for me'.

-> How to use this option 'Fill in for me'? 
-> If it doesn't work, can we hide it so that users don't wrongly use it?
