Workitem preview in workplace for portal

Unfortunately :-( I don't know the UWL enviroment... I am not very skilled
in portal enviroment.

Then I send a message with a link (by URL) to SBWP transaction so the user
can execute his workitems.

Can you give me any tips about UWL...

You'd be better off using the UWL - which does have a preview.
What's the reason for sticking with SBWP in a portal environment?

Hi all.

we are using SAP ECC 6.0 by GUI and portal.

About workitem preview in workplace, Sap-Gui runs well, but in
Sap-Portal
we can't have preview in workplace.
The menu option 'Setting-Switch on/off preview' is disabled.... only in
Sap-portal.

Any ideas about that?
