Hi

This is in response to the query raised by Kobi Sasson (Topic 4 below).

Hi Kobi
You can make use of the Change Documents to trigger an event which would
in turn kick-off your utility that would send the emails out.
Cheers
Ravi

Hi All,

I have 'Send Mail' step in my Workflow Template. Mail body has tables:

Form of Payment ( new | original ) :&PAYMENTMETHODS[]& Tax Percentage
Code ( new | original ) : &TAXCLASSIFICATION[]& Terms of Payment Company
Code Level ( new | original ) :&PAYMENTTERMSCC[]&

When Workflow is complete e-mail is sent and new and original values are
separated by ;.

Form of Payment ( new | original ) : E; T; Tax Percentage Code ( new |
original ) : 0001; 0002; Terms of Payment Company Code Level ( new |
original ) : 0002; 0005;

Does anybody know where this delimiter is set up?

Thanks,
Marina

Hi

If I need to cater for a couple of different languages, how do I go
about translating user decision text?

Regards,

Marc.

There is none, at least not in release 46C.

That depends what the source of your texts are, and I assume you are
thinking about the up to 4 different user choices, not the work item
title. If the texts are defined directly in the workflow, then you
should be able to simply translate the workflow - we have done that
previously. Bear in mind though that the texts are defined when the step
is created, so they will not necessarily be in the executing user's
language (which can be multiple languages anyway since you can have many
selected agents).

In 46C there is also a setting in the personal workflow settings for
displaying work item texts in logon language. I don't think that helps
you here since the decision texts aren't really work item texts (I think
"work item text" in this sense refers only to the title).

hi all.

we have performance problems in Business Workplace.

In OSS we find the note #861380 that provides a report for migrating
entries from the table SWW_CONTOB to the table SWW_WI2OBJ.
This migration is strongly recommended for performance problems.

Unfortunately, it seems that the changes can only be implemented using
the
Support Package.
In our environment, we can't import the whole Support Package.
Have anybody dealt with the note #861380 and can give us some ideas?

Thanks very much.

Regards.

ciao
