Total Value in Shopping Cart Title not updated after Change

Hi Ola
 workitem description  is  created at the time of work item creation  and  SRM doesn't bother  to refresh it 
even if    you would assign new  approver to the step   the old workitem would simply  be forwarded.
I have a  similar problem in  n- step purhcase order approval
 i' m getting to implement   now is to force 
workflow refresh by forcing  a  hold before save on the   user that  intends
to change  critical value such as the total sum .  I'm not sure 
it covers all aspects   you are wellcome to comment.
  the  critical  problem is not only text but refresh of the whole process when different users are to be  involved in the approval after the change
