Yifat,

We use a custom relationship to do something similar. Here at the Bank
they call them BSA's: Business Services Administrator. We link the BSA's
position to the org unit they serve with the custom relationship. We use
FM RH_GET_ACTORS to get the list of positions the BSA is responsible
for.

by) between the org and the position held by the HR manager.

I have a situation where i have 3 organizational unit.
Each org unit has its own hr partner.
According to the org unit of the wf initiator i have to find the hr
partner.
What is the best way to define it?
