How to Add Links to Work Item Description

[New Workflow]

Hello,

I need a help on how to add Links to work Item Description.

I am developing a workflow for purchase order (with price variance)
approval. The user gets a decision step where he can approve or reject the
PO.

The requirement is to add links in decision work item using which user can
view master data in a new SAP session.
