SRM Workflow in "Wait" status after applying support packs and ossnotes

The same thing happened to us when we applied SP 10.  The note, 950510, fixed our problem.

Have a look at note 950510, seems support pack 10 for SRM server 500 breaks things. This just happened to me and after applying the corrections in the note wf then works.

Hello Everyone,

We have recently applied support package and OSS notes
on our SRM system in Dev and QA environment.  

Now, when we create a shopping cart it sits in "wait"
status.  However, after we execute FM
SWW_WI_STATUS_SET_READY, work flow executes without
any problem.

Details of support packs and OSS notes we have applied
are given below.  Any help to resolve or troubleshoot
this issue is highly appreciated.
