Enable UWL - only for few tasks?

We are thinking of implementing UWL in our system (ECC 6.0\EP 7.0) in multiple phases. In first phase, enable UWL for only few workflows and depending on the feedback, add other workflows. Is it possible to implement this idea? Please let me know.
