Standard Workflow Difinition Corrupted in Test Client --need help!!

Greetings All,

Sorry for the size of mail.

We have a fire situation at hand as of now, one of our standard workflow for
Course Booking ( WS12000003 which calls WS12000006)
is failing in test environment. The reason for  error is said to be
'Workflow Definition of Task WS12000006 cannot be activated Screen shot is
attached.

I tried to regenerate the runtime version but it didn't helped.
Other workflows are running fine.
Any fast help is appreciated.
We are on ECC6,
SAP_BASIS    700    0012    SAPKB70012    SAP Basis Component
