Hi Shai,
 
thanks for the tip. Unfortunately, I cannot use this, because they want to see who triggered the event.
the reason for this is that there is a sequence of approval. When someone receives the item in his task list, the sender has to be the person who approved before him. (this is the person who triggered the event)

Use the dynamic column with EKKO-ERNAM - you can instantiate USR01 if you want the user full details (name+phone...)
