Spaming Workitems

reserve workitem from 1 inbox.

It is then removed from all other inboxes.

 

Fix the Agent resolution on IDOC tasks so that a valid agent is found to
avoid repeat spam.

Check you have an IDOC administrator set.

Hello Friends

I have 2 IDOC related tasks which have spammed to every user's inbox
about 800,000 times. The tasks in question are: 

 

Tasks -TS30000020 

          -TS00008068
 

What would be the quickest way to remove these WI from all the inboxes
without losing them. Ideally we  would like to restrain them to one
inbox so that the other users are able to proceed as per normal.
