That is my point!

>From my understanding, a batch user _should_ be a SYSTEM type user.
WF-BATCH _should_ be a COMMUNICATIONS type user.

Can someone please explain to me if this has changed for greater than
4.6c release.

Hi Rick,

WF-Batch is not only used for Deadline Monitoring.
All the background task are executed using user WF-Batch.

Speaking of DL monitoring, in 4.6c the user was DDIC.
After upgrading to ECC6, the DL user by default is WF-BATCH.

One of my basis folk is saying they need to keep it WF-BATCH. Me thinks
this is incorrect.
Opinions / thoughts?

A couple of options

1 - Resolve the agent in a previous step so that you have it in the
container to pass to 168
2 - Create a new rule which you pass the same data as the original which
goes a step further and finds the supervisor.

Have fun,
Mark

Hello all,

I have this intuitive requirement but I can't seem to solve it:
Workitem is created and agent assigned via rule, say position X.
In case latest end has reached I would like to notify the
supersior of position X.

How can I do that ? rule 168 provides the superior, however
workitem container doesn't hold the assigned agents...

Any ideas ?

Thanks in advance,
