Update Terminated while creating sales order.

Hi,
  In our development system, after the creation of sales order, a message
pops up saying, "Update terminated". I run st22 and the dump error made no
sense... "posting illegal statement"
But when I run sm13, it ave us a clear error, " 2
SWE_EVENT_CREATE_IN_UPD_TASK   V1                   Error". We couldn't find
what actually caused this error.

shed some light if you have already encountered this problem.
