GOS - Creating / Displaying Personal Notes for Quality Notifications

I've played wuth GOS coding a bit lately, but didn't pay much attention to
personal notes. Is the issue possibley that they are personal, so only
visable to the user who created them?

Since your looking at tables I assume your coding the creation. Did it get
created by the user who wants to see it r by WF-BATCH?
