Smartform and workflow

Hello Srinivas,

If you are sending the mail to external address ( Outlook / Lotus Notes ),
you can print the script and convert this into PDF using the standard FMs.
Bind this PDF in your workflow as an attachment for the Workitem attachment.
( And ofcourse this is ok to send inside SAP also, but there are some other
ways possible ).
