Read receipt for e-mails sent from a workflow

Gavin,

There are two issues to been taken care of:
1. The email sender address should be your client, meaning that the email sent from SAP should not be sent by WF-BATCH. 
2. The Exchange server tracking option should be set.

It should work well.
