Business Object/Workflow for Current Account Creation - Accounts Management

Hi All,

I am implementing Workflow for the Accounts Management module for bank.
I urgently need the Business Object/Standard Workflow Number which SAP has
provided for the Approval of this Account.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
