URL in Workitem Description

[Shalini Sabnani]

Attached is an example of what the URL looks like in my Change Editor,
should this appear as a URL link in the SBWP inbox similar to this regional
Learning and Development
representative<http://intranet.canadapost.ca/html/intr@post/training/english05/Java/RegionalManagers_e.shtml>.

Any help is appreciated.
