Document from template

Hi all,

I have an approval process, in case of rejection I wish to enable the user to enter data is pre-defined format. Therefore I've created document from template step. My current limitations:
WF_DOC.CREATE doesn't work with "Advance with Dialog". Therefore after rejection the user have to go back to the business workplace and process the workitem.
WF_DOC.EDIT has "Advance with Dialog" indicator. In this case, I would like to run WF_DOC.CREATE in the background which is not possible.
Any recommendations ?
