outlook 2003 MAPI compatibility

I use RSWUWFML2 for 4.7 to Outlook 2003. Make sure the SAP users have valid e-mail addresses on their SAP profile. Also, you have to use the SCOT transaction to send mail from SAP.

In my understanding outlook 2003 does not support MAPI.

 

We learned it in 3 ways:  trying to make it work, then by forums and then using RSWUWFML2.

We hope one day to use Extended Notifications, we do not have it yet beause we are in Sap 6.20 version.

Hi all,
 

I am trying to install MAPI for forwarding work items from SAP 4.7 to Outlook 2003. Unfortunately I am unable to do successfully. I come across through the forums that outlook 2003 does not support. Is it correct.  Any body having idea on this.
