ESS LEave overview - cancel

Good morning

 

I have a SAP client that uses ESS, ITS version, SAP 4.6c.  Currently
their config allows end-users to cancel leave requests form the leave
overview screen.  We would like to prevent this all together or at least
not allow them to cancel records created in the past.  I did see that on
the site Silke Eng [SMTP:silkeeng at gmx.net

do not know how to get hold of her to obtain the solution detail...can
