UWL config of folders

Hi,

We're implementing Enterprise Portal (EP6 - NW04) and using the UWL.
In the UWL there are 2 tabs - 'Tasks' and 'Notifications'.
These display workitems and deadline messages from the R/3 inbox.

Some existing workflows send SAP mail and these end up in the 'Documents'
folder in the R/3 inbox however they are not appearing in the UWL and we
can't find a way of displaying a 'Documents' tab in the UWL to allow users
to view their SAP mail.

Has anyone else has come across this problem and what did you did to
resolve it?

We're on:
SAP Netweaver 04 - SP 14
EP 6 - NW04
SAPGUI 6.40
WAS for Portal 6.40
