Query releated to User substitution..

Hello friends,

A user executes  workitems releated to PO approval as well as TEM(Travel
Expense Management). If user want  to substitutes two diffrent users for PO
approval and TEM workitems. How it can be done?

More Info : Two diffrent Organizational Plans are maitained for two
workflows.
