I could not find RMPS_SET_SUBSTITUTE as either a program or function
module.  Other suggestions?  What version are you on?

Hi Joanne,
please also have a look at program RMPS_SET_SUBSTITUTE, we're using it
at one client for central substitution management and it works great.
