Stuart,

If you're running with ECC5 or ECC6, please refer to the extended
notification feature - it has built-in html capabilities.
In 4.6C I was able to do it by enhancing the
SELFITEM.SENDTASKDESCRIPTION method.

In addition, please remember that in order to reply to SAP you should
use object IFRECEIVE and set the exchange connector for incoming email.

Good luck,

Regards,
Shai Eyal

Hi All,
I'm trying to create an e-mail with a simple Approve button (as per
Appendix A.2.4 Offline Work Item Execution Via E-Mail in the Practical
Workflow for SAP Bible) and encountering a problem with the html
appearing in an attachment instead of the e-mail body.
I've changed the settings in Transaction: SCOT for Raw Text to have no
conversions.

Could anyone please offer any help OR experienced similar issues.

Thanks,
Stuart.
