Agent assignment for the standard task

Hi All,

I have come across the situation that in one system, while saving agent
assignment - or setting task attributes - i.e making task as General
task, Transport request is prompted.
Whereas in another system, no transport request was prompted.

Would like to know is there any setting/ customizing so that transport
request is prompted for task attributes i.e. agent assignment for
standard task?
