Unicode checks active flag on workflow program for object types

Sherie,

uccheck set the flag but it also created an incomplete transport. I  
had to manually modify the transport the add an entry for:

Business object types R3TR SOBJ object name

The report program, SWO_SET_UC_FLAG, that Joerg suggested, creates a  
complete transport.
