Hi Maorriayon,
 
thanks for your answer, but I have already solved this problem. It was the key, I had forgotten the folder informations.
e.g. RAW31000000000060FOL29000000000111
 
The document class is EXT. A document with suffix pdf works fine.

Hi Werner.
I'm not so sure what's the correct document class for .pdf
But I'm pretty sure you're facing "Invalid file format<>ASCII. The attachment (attachment title and message) created in the work item id but not for .pdf
