Work Item in CATS Workflow

Did you "Refresh" the inbox  Sandy? If you are on EP6.0 you don't have
the delta pull so it's important to use the refresh feature if you want
to make sure the work item has left your inbox.

Dear all,
We're in SAP ECC 5.0 and EP 6.0
We're facing a weird CATS workflow situation. After approver approve the
request and click "Task List", the workitem remains in the UWL Task
List. It doesn't move to Completed Task.
When this work item try to re-execute it says, "Work item has been
executed"
>From the workflow log, I can see the workflow has been completed.
 
The funny things, when approver press "back" button upon approval (not
click the "Task List"), its disappear from Task List and moved to the
Completed Task
 
Is this the way CATS Workflow works?
