WF vs WS after upgrade

Hi all!

We are in the process of upgrading from 4.6C to ECC 6.0.  We are having
problems getting our old 'WF' type workflows to work.  I tried creating
a new 'WS' with the same logic as an old version.  The new version works
perfectly.  I have went through every step to try to figure out where
the problem could be, but they look the same.  Has anyone else had
problems with the 'WF' workflows after an upgrade?
