Configuring the UWL Manage Substitution Rules

Hi Jerry,

I remember the modification was about putting in a button to return to the
worklist because we're not showing the navigation menu to the end users
(direct links from intranet instead).

But it turned out it wasn't really worth the big effort I mentioned
previously...Now we're just telling users to refresh their browser when
they're done and it'll take them back to the worklist.
