For program RSWUWFML, where to configure the Standard test for notification...

Please... Under no circumstances use RSWUWFML - you should be using RSWUWFML2 if you are on a release lower than SAP NetWeaver 6.40
 
If you are on a SAP NetWeaver 6.40 or higher you should be using transaction SWNCONFIG.
 
In all cases the texts are maintained as dialog texts in transaction SE61 (you need to use the drop down to select the text type "Dialog Text").
