Execute workitem via e-mail/internet

Hello again,

I understand most of this solution but some things are not clear to me
yet (I am an absolute dummy in the SMTP/DNS/HTTP area):

- If I want to do without routing rules on the MSE server (and I do) I
must use the full DNS name. How do I find out this name of my SAP server
(can I check it or have to ask Basis people) ?
...and If I know the name can I use/think off any address I want before
the "@", as in the example test@{fulldns} ?
Or does this address ("test" in this case) have to exist physically (how
can I then create it) ?

- If I then send from any internal or external emailaddress to
test@{fulldns}, it will arrive in SAP (if SAPConnect configured
correctly offcourse) ?

And moreover what I was wondering: Is it not an easier and nicer
solution to create a BSP-page on which they can approve ? Offcourse they
then have to be able to access it via the internet, but I think they
have internet access, so that is not a problem.

What is the best / most secure way in this case ? Because I think the
BSP is the nicest looking functionality. I you use an internetuser for
this they would not need SAP-access.

Thanx,
Henk
