Purchase requisition rejection event

Hello,

Were using line item requisition approval. When I reject a requisition
line I'm expecting BUS2009.REJECTED to be raised but instead BUS2009.
SIGNIFICANTLYCHANGED is raised. 

 

Any know how I can make sure that BUS2009.REJECTED is raised?
