Deadline Monitoring

Hi,

We have a requirement in workflows where the escalations for deadline missed 
should not consider the weekends. The latest end is to be fixed at 2 days 
after receiving the workitem. Saturday and Sunday have to be omitted from 
this count. Is this achievable? Alternatively can we use a calendar so that 
other holidays are also not considered?


Please advice.
