Shortcut Not Working

Yes, the shortcut looks in the ini for the system name. When you get the error message it actually prompts you to pick one from the ini list, but it still doesn't recognize it.

You can safely leave spalogon.ini as it is. saplogon.ini, on the other hand ... ;-)
 
I think the shortcut looks in saplogon.ini for a system with the system name your shortcut contains. Alternatively: OSS Notes for sapshcut.exe

	   I know I've fixed this problem in the past but am drawing a blank on how I did it. After creating a shortcut on my desktop, or receiving a shortcut to the SAP Inbox in Outlook, when it's executed the message "....System desc cannot be found in system list. Make sure saplogon.ini exists...." pops up. Can one of you remember what needs to be changed (saplogon.ini) to get it working again.
