ESS workflow

Hi All,

For the task TS12300097 in std. workflow WS12300111 ,agent determination  is
done using an expression '&Agent_0001.Agents&'. Should i use that
expression or use rule 157?.Also can you tell me how value passed to
workflow as i don't see any start condition for this workflow.
