New ESS Leave Workflow Application

It comes from the description of the ABAP Class CL_PT_REQ_WF_ATTRIBS. 
I think if you search on the class name you should find an SAP Note to
fix the translation error.

G'day all.
We're in SAP ECC 5.0 and EP 6.0
I have a question with regards of ESS Leave application.
In the work item that receive by Leave-Approver, there's an attachment
with its title in German "Belegdatenbank: Work:" [follow by alpha
numeric and numeric]
Can anybody give me an information how to remove this attachment? Or if
this can't be remove, what is the purpose of this attachment and how to
maintain it?
