ISR input form not found

Hi all,
I know it's a bit off topic, but since there have been earlier
discussions about ISR's here I'd like to ask if any of you have worked
with JSP ISR input forms?

I'm trying to use a generated JSP iView as the input form for an ISR
scenario. Here's what I have done:
1. Scenario definition
- copied standard scenario SPSP to ZPSP
- copied additional info SPSP to ZPSP
- selected scenario entry type as I (Entry using JSP iView)
- put in Internet link as http://<portal server>:<port>/irj
2. iView creation
- defined portal component isr_test2 in scenario, generated -> par
file found on local hard drive
- uploaded par file to portal
- created iView with par template in portal
3. iView assignment
- for the scenario additional info, assigned
pcd:portal_content/../<iView ID> as the portal component (I tried this
with isr_test2.default, too)

Unfortunately when I try to display the form, I get an error that the
template can't be found. I probably have the portal server or the
iView ID setup incorrectly but since I have tried so many combinations
already without any luck, I thought someone could shed some more light
to this.
