Question for those using the UWL

Alan,
We currently use the detail.  I cannot envision our company having any
use for the summary view.

Dear experts, 

Is anyone using the 'summary' view of the universal worklist that just
shows the count of tasks and alerts in a small frame without the list of
work items?

I just ask because there was some debate about whether this would or
would not be used in practice.
