How to: Assign values from a multiline element (Ref:Table) to a multiline element (Ref: Field)?

Is there a way to assign several values taken from a multiline element (with
type reference of a ZTABLE) to a multiline element (type reference
WFSYST-AGENT) one by one, or at once?

How can I read each of the values of a multiline element (with type
reference of a ZTABLE), inside the workflow? I need to retrieve each value
inside it (like within a loop or something, with a reading index),  and the
next question is:

How can I assign (write) each "read value" of a multiline element (with type
reference of a ZTABLE), to a multiline line element ((type reference
WFSYST-AGENT, that will contain more than more registry).
